Terms & Conditions
1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions ("Rules") are a legally binding agreement between you ("Buyer" or "You") and us ("Seller", "We") governing the purchase and sale of goods through our online store ("E-shop") operated by MB RSDU (rrcarparts.com).
2. Conclusion of the Purchase-Sale Agreement
2.1. The agreement is considered concluded when you click the "Order" button, having created a shopping cart, provided delivery details, chosen a payment method, and agreed to these Rules.
2.2. The agreement becomes valid upon our receipt of your payment within three (3) business days and remains in force until full delivery of goods.
2.3. Each agreement is stored electronically in our E-shop system.
2.4. The order confirmation email serves as a pre-invoice for payment.
3. Buyer Rights
3.1. You have the right to purchase goods in accordance with these Rules.
3.2. You may withdraw from the purchase agreement unless the contract pertains to:

Participation in games, promotions, or lotteries;

Situations where withdrawal is not permitted under Lithuanian law.
4. Buyer Obligations
4.1. You must pay for your order using accepted payment methods and accept the goods unless otherwise agreed.
4.2. Accepted payments include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Payserathrough Shopify Payments. We do not accept checks or PayPal.
4.3. You must promptly update any changes to the registration information you provided.
4.4. By using the E-shop, you agree to comply with these Rules.
4.5. If purchasing as a company, you confirm that the company data and VAT number you provide are accurate and truthful.
5. Seller Rights
5.1. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access to the E-shop without prior notice if you disrupt or compromise its operations.
5.2. We may suspend or terminate E-shop operations due to significant circumstances without prior notice.
5.3. We reserve the right to unilaterally amend these Rules.
6. Seller Obligations
6.1. We will ensure you can use the E-shop services properly.
6.2. We will deliver your ordered goods to the specified address within the agreed timeframe.
6.3. If we are unable to deliver a product due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a similar item or refund your payment within 72 hours.
7. Delivery of Goods
7.1. Goods are delivered by us or our authorized representatives.
7.2. You must inspect the package with the courier upon delivery.
7.3. Signing the delivery document confirms receipt of the shipment in good condition.
7.4. If damage is visible, do not accept the shipment and note this on the courier's document. If signed without remarks, the shipment is deemed delivered properly.
8. Return of Items
8.1. Returns are handled in accordance with the June 29, 2001, Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of Lithuania.
8.2. The returned item must be complete. You are responsible for proper packaging. We may refuse improperly returned items.
8.3. The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
8.4. You cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
8.5. If the item is defective, we will collect it at our cost and replace it or issue a full refund if no replacement is available.
9. Liability
9.1. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide.
9.2. You are liable for any actions performed using your E-shop account.
9.3. You are liable if third parties access and misuse your account credentials.
9.4. MB RSDU is not responsible for any damage or malfunction to the buyer's vehicle resulting from the installation or use of any products purchased from rrcarparts.com. All parts are installed at the buyer’s own risk.
10. Communication
10.1. We will send all notifications to the email address provided in your registration.
10.2. You may contact us through the methods listed in the "Contacts" section of the E-shop.
11. Data Protection
11.1. Your personal data is processed in accordance with Lithuanian legislation and our privacy policy.
11.2. We do not share your data with third parties, except those necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., delivery couriers).
12. Intellectual Property
12.1. All photographs, videos, and visual content displayed on rrcarparts.com, including images of Tesla vehicles taken and produced by MB RSDU, are the intellectual property of MB RSDU and may not be copied, used, or distributed without our written permission.
12.2. MB RSDU is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla Motors Inc. It is neither inferred nor implied that products sold by us are authorized by or connected to Tesla Motors.
13. Final Provisions
13.1. Reproduction or distribution of E-shop content without our written consent is prohibited.
13.2. Lithuanian law governs these Terms & Conditions.
13.3. Any disputes will be resolved amicably or, failing that, in accordance with Lithuanian legal procedures.
