Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it with a brand-new part at no additional cost.
What the buyer should do:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item by email at info@rrcarparts.com 
- 
Include the following: - 
Clear photos of the damage or defect. 
- 
Clear photos of the packaging. 
- 
A short description of the issue. 
 
- 
What we will do:
- 
Review the issue and confirm whether a replacement is needed. 
- 
If approved, we’ll ship you a new part for free. 
- 
If we ask to return the damaged item, we will cover the shipping cost. 
There are no costs for the buyer in case of damaged or defective items.
Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return an item that is not damaged:
Conditions:

The item must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving it. 
- 
It must be: - 
In new and unused condition. 
- 
In the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached. 
 
-

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
- 
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method. 
How to return:
- 
Email us at info@rrcarparts.com to inform about the return. 
- 
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. 
- 
Send it to the return address we provide via a trackable service. 
Refund process:
- 
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund within 30 days. 
- 
You’ll be notified via email once your return has been processed.
