Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it with a brand-new part at no additional cost.

What the buyer should do:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item by email at info@rrcarparts.com

  2. Include the following:

    • Clear photos of the damage or defect.

    • Clear photos of the packaging.

    • A short description of the issue.

What we will do:

  1. Review the issue and confirm whether a replacement is needed.

  2. If approved, we’ll ship you a new part for free.

  3. If we ask to return the damaged item, we will cover the shipping cost.

There are no costs for the buyer in case of damaged or defective items.

 

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an item that is not damaged:

Conditions:

  • The item must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving it.

  • It must be:

    • In new and unused condition.

    • In the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

How to return:

  1. Email us at info@rrcarparts.com to inform about the return.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Send it to the return address we provide via a trackable service.

Refund process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund within 30 days.

  • You’ll be notified via email once your return has been processed.
