Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it with a new part at no additional cost.

What the buyer should do:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at info@rrcarparts.com
  • Provide:
    • Clear photos of the damage or defect
    • Clear photos of the packaging
    • A short description of the issue

What we will do:

  • Review the case and confirm whether a replacement is required
  • If approved, ship a replacement part free of charge
  • If a return is required, we will cover the return shipping cost

Important:
There are no additional costs for the buyer in cases of damaged or defective items.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed.

Once an order has been processed or the part has been ordered from our supplier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If cancellation is still possible at this stage, a fee of up to 30% of the order value may be applied to cover supplier, handling, and administrative costs.


Returns (Non-Damaged Items)

If you wish to return an item that is not damaged (e.g. no longer needed, ordered by mistake):

Conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be:
    • New and unused
    • In original packaging, with all labels and tags attached

Fees:

  • A restocking fee of up to 30% of the item value will be deducted from the refund
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at info@rrcarparts.com
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Ship the item to the return address provided by us

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • The refund will be processed within 30 days
  • You will be notified via email once the refund is issued

Important Notice

Please note that many of our parts are sourced on demand and are not kept in stock.
For this reason, cancellation and return conditions may include additional fees as outlined above.
