How We Ship

  • Most orders are delivered via DPD – a reliable door-to-door courier service across Europe.

  • For oversized or palletized shipments, we may use DB Schenker freight services.

  • All orders include tracking and are handled with care to ensure fast and safe delivery.

Delivery Times 

  • Parts weighing 1–30 kg
    Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch / 1-2 weeks for pre-order parts.

  • Parts weighing 30–100 kg
    Estimated delivery: 4–10 business days, after dispatch / 1-2 weeks for pre-order parts.

Delivery times may vary due to regional differences or courier availability.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the package.

  • Some items may be very long but lightweight (e.g., bumpers, trims, side panels). In such cases, the courier may charge based on volumetric (dimensional) weight, not just actual weight.

  • That means:

A long but light item can cost more to ship than a compact, heavier one.

Pre-orders & Handling Fee


For all pre-order items, an additional Pre-order Handling Fee of €20 per different car model is applied.

This fee reflects the costs we incur when sourcing and consolidating parts for each model directly from suppliers.

  • Example: If you purchase Model X and Model Y pre-order items in the same cart, the handling fee will be €40 (2 × €20), since parts must be ordered and shipped separately for each model.

  • This fee is applied before standard shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Pre-order items are sourced on demand and typically dispatch within 5–10 business days (1–2 weeks).

  • Your order ships with tracking once all items are ready.

  • If the cart contains in-stock + pre-order items, we ship together by default (split shipping on request).

  • Total delivery time = sourcing time (1–2 weeks) + carrier transit time.

  • You’ll receive an email once your order has been shipped.

 

We always aim to offer the best available shipping rates and will notify you if any major change occurs before dispatching the item.
